Our inspectors have extensive experience and a detailed working knowledge of the construction of new homes. The owner of the company has previously worked as a Customer Services Manager for some of the biggest and best-known housebuilders in the UK. This shift in focus is probably best described as a classic poacher turned gamekeeper scenario!
Crucially, we use the NHBC guidelines as the benchmark for quality, but are also able to highlight any building regulations that have been contravened. With each inspector having a minimum of 10 years frontline construction management experience, we are confident that if there are issues with your new home, our inspectors will find them.
